Black Dog Farm is currently a work in progress! The barn is a new tongue and groove and aluminum construction,
with 10 12x12 box stalls and one 12x16 foaling stall. All of the stalls are equipped with individual lights and fans.
There is an indoor grooming rack with hot/cold water and an air-conditioned tack room with full bath.
There are 3 outdoor wash racks, one with hot water and the wash area has lights. There are 4 lovely pastures (ranging
in size from 1.5 to 4.5 acres) that are always grassed and four sand paddocks ranging in size from 24 x 56 to 1/4
acre.
We have a grass jump course and the dressage arena is also grass. We do have lights for the dressage arena for
winter riding. The remaining 10 acres of the property is wooded with some trails.
The farm also boasts excellent wildlife, with resident gopher tortoises (outside the pastures!), fox squirrels, red-tailed
hawks and nesting blue birds and purple martins. We have seen fox and bobcat on the property, as well as quail.
